Adani Group's open Offer for 26 Percent shares of New Delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV) is going to open from 17th October.


Adani Group is seeking to acquire 1.67 Crores shares of NDTV at a price of Rs. 294 per share.


Adani's offer has been initiated by Vishvapradhan Commercial Pvt. Ltd along with Adani Enterprises Ltd. and AMG Media Networks Ltd.


This deal amounts to Rs. 492 Crore considering full acquisition of shares.


Adani Group's Offer ends on 1st November. Through this offer Adani Group is getting indirect acquisition.


This offer is initiated after acquiring Vishvapradhan Commercial.
