Amazon customer wrongly tweeted to the ministry of Civil Aviation |
There are many online shopping companies which are competing with each other. These companies provide products on heavy discounts that customers can't ignore.
Some customers are satisfied with the Services provided by these companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Snapdeal etc. They also applaud the customer services because their grievances are tackled very fast.
But there are some who are fed up with this customer service. When they see that the company is not supporting their issues or any other technical issues they try to reach some others.
One incident came across yesterday, when Amazon User Ankur Sharma wrongly tweeted to the Ministry of Civil Aviation instead of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
Amazon Customer Mistakenly tagged Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Ankur stated that the 11 inch ipad Tablet price was never of RS. 1,76,900 as illustrated on Amazon website.
He sold it at a 62% discount at Rs. 67,390. In a tweet tagging the Ministry of Civil Aviation instead of Ministry of consumer affairs.
In a tweet Ankur also shared a full screenshot which shows the iPad pro 11 inch on sale on the Amazon website platform.
