Recently, Rishi Sunak became the first Prime Minister from Asian background. As a chancellor of the Exchequer of the United Kingdom (The Finance Minister of UK), Rishi said that he wants to make Britain “a global crypto assets blockchain hub”.

Right now, Rishi Sunak has become the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK). The Cryptocurrency community and fans are very excited for this. They are hoping that Rishi as the PM of UK will do some phenomenal work regarding Blockchain, Crypto and NFTs technology.
Earlier this, In 2020, Rishi Sunak expressed his point of view to prefer the financial technology such as Stablecoins, Central bank Digital currencies (CBDCs), in order to make United Kingdom to be in the front of Blockchain technology.
He said," Ensure the UK financial services industry is always at the forefront of technology and innovation."
Last year, Sunak ascertained the necessity of prioritizing reforms "to support the safe adoption of cryptoassets and stablecoins" and moved on to propose Bank of England to explore the probability of Central bank digital currencies (CBDC).
After some time Rishi sunak ordered the Royal Mint to initiate a government backed NFTs with a purpose of showing his country's forward looking intentions.
